Lead Replacement Policy

Elevation is committed to providing you excellent lead generation and marketing services and makes every effort to ensure you get exactly what you have ordered.

However, due to the unpredictable nature of online data, there may be times when a lead you receive is not what you ordered, despite our best efforts. 

When that happens, we will replace that lead, at no cost to you.

Conditions of our Lead Replacement Policy

We must be notified of the lead(s) that need(s) to be replaced within 48 hours of you receiving the last lead in your order.

Leads must meet the following criteria to be eligible for Free Lead Replacement

·      No phone number or a Disconnected phone number AND non-existing/ bad address (Must Have Both)

·      Out of the target geographic area (5+ miles)

·      Duplicate lead in the same order only**

*Wrong phone numbers are NOT eligible for replacement (Reason is this is a common & easy objection without verification)

**Duplicate leads that are the result of a previous Facebook lead order are not eligible for Free Lead Replacement, regardless if they were sold or not.

Refunds are on a per basis only and is up to our discretion whether it is necessary or not to be issued or offer additional replacements.
